Imported TXC files, viewed as they came — no builder service involved

Import a file to view

Parsed and stored as its own document. Nothing is added to the builder — use Import TXC for that. A document takes its name from the FileName inside the XML, not the name on disk; importing a file whose name is already here keeps both, numbering the new one, so two registrations can still be compared.
